Storage at Drouot

Withdrawal of lots and shopping at the Hôtel Drouot GIQUELLO and associates will not be responsible for sending the items purchased by customers. It will be their responsibility to arrange for the collection of their purchase(s). No purchase will be delivered before effective payment of the entire slip. The works acquired are under the full responsibility of the buyer, as soon as the auction is declared. The lots can be removed free of charge in the room until one (1) hour after the end of the auction and between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. the following day (check opening days on Saturdays). After this period, the batches not taken back by the office are stored in the Hôtel Drouot warehouse. This service is subject to: • Administration fees, depending on the nature of the prize (€5 / €10 / €15 / €20 / €25 including tax), capped at €100 including tax per withdrawal ; • Daily storage and insurance costs, from the 3rd working day, depending on the nature of the batch (€1 / €5 / €10 / €15 / €20) A 50% reduction on storage costs is granted to foreign clients and professionals from the art market outside Île-de-France (upon presentation of proof). The prizes are only delivered on presentation of the receipted sales slip, and/or the sales label. If the successful bidder does not have a carrier, any request for delivery by post mail or courier can be sent directly to The Packengers (hello@thepackengers.com). Payment for transport is to be made directly to The Packengers.
