2 autograph letters signed, Paris, November 7, 1864 and November 30, 1869. 2 pp. in-8. Letter of November 30 on mourning paper, headed with her crowned figure. On November 7, 1864, she " (...) authorizes Monsieur de la Palme to deposit at the Crédit foncier the sum of fifty thousand francs, borrowed from Madame Cury until the agreed use can be made of it (...)"; On November 30, 1869, she clarifies her accounts " (...) I will ask you to give me the sum of fifty thousand francs, borrowed from Madame Cury.I hope that you have received the money owed to me by Mr. Durant, and that you have noticed the error of 2000 francs in my 1868 account; the 250 francs per month since April that my son Anatole has been paying me (...) have been forgotten in the Receipt". At the top of the letter is an explanation "Do you know that Schneider has decided to buy Montchanin from us at par (...)".
