Large in-8, fawn and brown calf, cold twisted border, cold fillet delimiting in the centre a panel decorated with a modelled composition, spine decorated with multiple gilt fillets and cold irons, inner border, brocaded silk lining and endpapers, gilt edges on witnesses, cover and spine (Stroobants - G. Legrand) 39 original etchings by Charles Jouas. Edition at 260 copies. INTERESTING BINDING, WITH A MODEL DECORATIVE SIGNED BY LEGRAND ON THE FIRST FLOOR, representing a landscape: a large Medici vase with a pond in the park of the Château de Versailles in the background. Rubbing on the spine, two jaws skilfully restored.
