Beautiful edition illustrated with 5 frontispieces, a portrait of the author, 110 figures and a large number of vignettes and endpapers, all engraved on copper after Gravelot, Boucher, Cochin and Eisen. Elegant contemporary binding. Some leaves faded. Small restorations to the binding.
