Ɵ Rosewood veneered secretary with a quadrangular body opening with a drawer at the top surmounting a central flap and two solid doors at the bottom. Front with floral decoration in blackened wood and mother-of-pearl marquetry, opening with a flap sheathed on the reverse side with leather over a backlit interior of sycamore locker and drawers. Corner legs with tapered legs ending in brass sabots. The curved belt is underlined by a brass ring and the front leg has a small brass ring at the top. Circular pull, two original keys. (Veneer chips, restorations) Stamped in a cartouche.
