In particular, he designed the private mansion of Count Moïse de Camondo on the outskirts of Parc Monceau. A lover of Charles X furniture, he placed this ensemble in his castle at Gué-à-Tresmes, in Seine-et-Marne, where he was born. By descent, these pieces of furniture (lots 141 to 144) will then find their place in the Parisian residence of the architect Albert Laprade, where they come directly from.
