In-folio, glazed blond calf, gilt roulette in frame, smooth spine decorated with a special repeated iron, black title piece, inner roulette, gilt edges (Young Bozerian). GW, M49940. - Copinger, no. 6070. - Goff, V188. Rare incunabulum edition of Virgil, due to the great printer Anton Koberger from Nuremberg. Printed in round letters, the text framed by the comments of Servius, Donatus and Landino in small characters. Exceptional copy, with beautiful margins and rubbed in yellow ink, in a nice young Bozerian binding made around 1800. The first sheet, white, has not been preserved. Small rubbing at the binding, small missing tail, slit at a bit on 2 cm.
