In-folio, half vellum, dishes covered with a reuse of text printed in red and black Gothic characters from a 16th century edition, smooth back with the title in ink (Modern binding). Essling, n°1704. - Fowler, number 399. Beautiful Italian edition of Vitruvius, the third in Francesco Durantino's translation. The first edition in the vulgar language was published in 1511 in Como, followed by the Venetian edition in 1524. Title printed in black and red Gothic characters, placed in a beautiful ornamented frame, and 136 woods in the text. Title restored, tearing without lack restored at the top of sheets N2 and N3. Some dirt.
